WOMEN'S PERSONAL TRAINING

The majority of women workout to become stronger in some sense, strength training does just that (and of course improve physical aesthetics and enhances feminine beauty). What does it mean "to be stronger", is that more geared toward physical or mental strength?

For Eric it's one in the same, and this will reflect in your training workouts. Women can expect to lose body fat, increase muscle tone and definition, reduce stress, improved mood, better hormone balance and better sleep.
